Our Founder & Director Natalie Lennon is a Tax Agent and Fellow Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience working with and in various small, medium and multinational al businesses and accounting firms.

A Fellow Chartered Accountant is awarded based on outstanding career achievements, significant contribution to business, the profession or the community through a Fellowship nomination, directly from their peers.

An award winning accountant with her own podcast, has been featured in many news publications (some below), featured on A Current Affair to provide commentary around tax, is a regular Key Note Speaker at accounting events and has also done some speaking at non accounting events, is on the Xero Partner Advisory Council with over 40K followers across Tiktok, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.

Natalie was also on the cover of the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Acuity Magazine in April 2024 with a story around her success with growing her firm through social media.

Natalie is also the founder of Two Sides Academy, an education business where she is on a mission to empower the accountants of tomorrow to show up, challenge old ways of thinking and build the firm of their dreams through mentoring/coaching and courses
